Methodology:

Elementary school English scores are the average of:

1. Grade 3 students at or above the provincial standard for Reading
2. Grade 3 students at or above the provincial standard for Writing
3. Grade 6 students at or above the provincial standard for Reading
4. Grade 6 students at or above the provincial standard for Writing

Elementary school Math scores are the average of:

1. Grade 3 students at or above the provincial standard for Mathematics
2. Grade 6 students at or above the provincial standard for Mathematics

Secondary school English scores are the percentage of fully participating students who were successful

Secondary school Math scores are the percentage of students at or above the provincial standard for Academic Mathematics.
